txtbrd is a simple, anonymous textboard. By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. No Accounts – Complete Anonymity

txtbrd does not require registration, login, email addresses, or any form of personal identification. All posts are anonymous by default. We do not collect or store any personally identifiable information unless it is voluntarily included in the content you post.

2. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you post. By posting you represent and warrant that:

Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
Your content does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, etc.)
Your content is not spam, malicious code, or designed to harm systems/users

We do not pre-screen or actively moderate content. However, we reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove any post or thread at any time, for any reason or no reason.

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following types of content are strictly prohibited (this list is not exhaustive):

Content that is illegal under U.S. law
Direct threats of violence or incitement to violence
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content depicting the sexualization of minors
Non-consensual intimate images ("revenge porn")
Active doxxing or posting of private personal information with intent to harass
Spam, flooding, or automated posting
Content intended to crash, overload, or harm the service

4. No Warranty – Service "As Is"

txtbrd is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure
That content will be preserved or not deleted
That the service will meet your particular needs

We may modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or databases
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar that may be transmitted
Any conduct or content of any third party on the service

Our total liability shall not exceed $10 USD.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
